Site delivery

Cloudflare delivers and protects this static website and may process ordinary connection and security information such as IP address, request details, and device or browser signals. This site has no contact-form endpoint, advertising technology, marketing list, payment flow, or non-essential cookies.

Privacy-first traffic measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, page paths, referring sites, broad country, device, browser, and operating-system categories. It is used to understand whether people find the site and which service pages are useful. SpecialAIzed Flow does not use it for advertising, cross-site profiling, or identifying individual visitors.

The analytics beacon is delivered by Cloudflare and may be blocked by browser privacy tools. This site does not set analytics cookies or store an analytics identifier in local or session storage.

Fit-check answers and additional information

The fit check keeps its four answers, optional add-on selections, and optional free text only in the page’s working memory. It does not use local or session storage. Leaving or reloading the page clears them, and they are not processed by an AI model.

Choosing an email action opens a draft in your email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send it; your email provider and ours then process the message. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment-card information, health information, or other secrets.

Records, service providers, and your choices

If you send an email or become a customer, the resulting correspondence and business records are kept only as needed to respond, deliver the agreed service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Cloudflare and Microsoft 365 may process information outside Manitoba or Canada under their own infrastructure and terms.

The site operator is the accountable privacy contact for this website. Email [email protected] to ask how your information was used, request access or correction, raise a concern, or report a suspected privacy or security issue. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be retained.
